“ To be empowered, to be free, to be unlimited, to be creative, to be genius, to be divine, that is who you are. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; remember this feeling. This is who you really are.”
-Joe Dispenza
How it works
1
Discovery Call
We’ll talk about the issue you want to work on and make sure we’re a good fit.
2
Personalized Session
During your session, we’ll look for the root cause of the issue you’re having. From there, we will free you from any limited thinking patterns & recode your mind with new empowering beliefs.
3
Follow Up Call
We will have a follow up call 21 days after your session to check in. I will also be available during regular business hours if you have any questions that arise before our follow up call.
"Through hypnosis and the techniques she uses, Erin helped me understand what was causing my stage fright and why it had been showing up in my life.
After the session, I felt so free and empowered. I’ve been listening to her recording every day, and I’ve even been in front of an audience a few times since our session. I would definitely recommend you give hypnotherapy a try, and having Erin be your therapist! She was phenomenal!"

FAQs
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No. We go into states of Hypnosis all day long; it is the day dreaming state. To come out of hypnosis, all you have to do is open your eyes.
What if I fall asleep?
Occasionally, it happens since hypnosis tends to be very relaxing. If it happens, your subconscious mind is still listening to all the suggestions, so it won’t interfere with your results.
How is Hypnotherapy different from traditional methods of therapy?
The main difference comes down to depth and speed. Using hypnotherapy, we’re able to access the subconscious more quickly. Traditional methods may take weeks, months, or years to get to the reasons behind certain issues. Using hypnosis, the reasons can be found in as little as one session.
When will I start to see changes?
There are three types of changes that can happen and every experience is unique to each individual:
Immediate: you feel a massive shift right away.
Incremental: you see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: you don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you look back and notice all of the things that are different in your life, or someone else notices positive changes in you and points it out.
