Have you ever heard of 'eating the frog’?

It’s a concept that suggests tackling your most challenging task first thing in the morning. The “challenging” task doesn’t have to be anything monumental. It can simply just be something you don’t want to do but you know it will benefit you. In other words, do what you don’t what to do first.

For some it can be working out first thing in the morning, making a call you’re not looking forward to, or getting the part of your work done that you usually procrastinate on.

The idea is that by doing what you don’t want to do first, it gives you a feeling of accomplishment for the rest of your day. It helps build confidence and starts your day off with positive momentum.
